PAYMENT OPTIONS

Currently Simply Pleasure only accepts EFT payments. 

To avoid any fraudulent purchases or transactions, Simply Pleasure may follow additional procedures.  This may cause a delay in the completion and dispatch of your order.

COURIER AND DELIVERY

All orders are delivered via our chosen courier service.  While striving to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays may be experienced due to stock availability.

Delivery of orders may take up to 5 working days from dispatch depending on the area.  Our courier does not deliver on weekends or public holidays.  Urgent deliveries may incur an additional surcharge.

All orders above R1000 include delivery, depending on the area of delivery.

We only deliver within South Africa.
All orders will be responded to during working hours, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

DISCREET PACKAGING

COURIER COMPANY – You will receive your Simply Pleasure order in the Courier Branded delivery sleeve.

Should you wish for different packaging information please indicate clearly in the comments section of the online order.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your unique tracking number. We will also indicate expected time frame for delivery.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
By the intimate nature of our products, our returns policy is limited.  Our products are good quality and we ensure that fully operational products are working correctly. 

Customers need to understand that these products may not be returned due to a change of intention. All our products are considered intimacy items for your protection. We can not accept unused products back to resell. 

CANCELLATIONS

Simply Pleasure makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied on the site is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every effort will be made to inform you and keep you updated. In the case of out of stock items, every effort will be made to supply the stock as soon as possible. 

In the event that items are out of stock and can not be sourced promptly we can suggest close alternatives which we would recommend as alternatives. 

In the event that we can not supply in your time frame or the exact product you requested, we would refund your full amount via the ecommerce PayGate system or via EFT. The reversal will take a few days to reflect in your bank account which is not in the control of Simply Pleasure.
